Payment

22 System accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diner's Club. The full payment is charged when the order is accepted.

Currencies

22 System cannot be held responsible for currency changes, currency exchange rates or transaction fees imposed by credit card carriers and/or financial institutions. 

Pricing

Pricing may be subject to change without notice. Please select your region to view pricing in your local currency. 

Tax & Duties

All orders are shipped from the 22 System warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. Domestic taxes will be applicable and will be based on where the order is shipped. Customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. 22 System does not assume responsibility for these charges nor offers compensation to cover these charges. 22 System cannot provide information or an estimate on these charges in advance; please contact your local customs authority for further information. 

Lead Times

Orders are shipped with FedEx from the 22 System warehouse in Vancouver, Canada within 2-4 business days of order. Larger volume orders may be subject to additional production time. Standard shipping outside of North America is approximately 5-10 business days (1-3 business days expedited) plus customs processing time.

International orders will be subject to local taxes and import regulations.

Please note that the aforementioned transit times are estimates provided by FedEx and are not necessarily guaranteed.

22 System will not be liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Any shipments delayed due to customs are not the responsibility of 22 System.

Shipping Charges

Standard worldwide shipping is free of charge. Expedited shipping service is offered at a flat rate of $50. 


Shipping Service Levels

All orders are shipped with FedEx from the 22 System warehouse in Vancouver, Canada.

Standard shipping outside of North America is approximately 5-10 business days (1-3 business days expedited) plus customs processing time.

International orders will be subject to local taxes and import regulations.

Carrier Loss

22 System will not be liable for loss in shipment or delivery. If a shipment has not been received it must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date.

Shipping Restrictions

22 System ships worldwide. At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes or APO/FPO. 22 System is unable to ship to any country for which there are currently sanctions designated by the Government of Canada.

Shipping Damages

Damages caused in transit must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained in order to validate a shipping damage claim.

Uncollected Packages

22 System will not be held responsible for uncollected packages nor any associated costs incurred.

Tracking

Tracking information will be available for 90 days from the date of shipment.

Returns

If you want to return an item purchased on 22system.com, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so. Please see our returns page for further information.

Warranty

All 22 System products are guaranteed for one year on parts after receipt against mechanical or manufacturing defects. Using parts of 22 System fixtures, substituting another manufacturer’s product, or altering the product in any way will void all approvals and warranties..

22 System is not responsible for the following:
• Any costs related to installation, re-installation, removal or repair.
• Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or a related third party.
• Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
• Any change in appearance caused by natural wear.

22 System advises carefully reviewing the product specifications and instructions prior to installation; installation or improper use of the product will invalidate any claims or warranties.
