When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped with FedEx from the 22 System warehouse in Vancouver, Canada within 2-4 business days of order. Larger volume orders may be subject to additional production time. Standard shipping outside of North America is approximately 5-10 business days (1-3 business days expedited) plus customs processing time.
International orders will be subject to local taxes and import regulations.
Please note that the aforementioned transit times are estimates provided by FedEx and are not necessarily guaranteed.
22 System will not be liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Any shipments delayed due to customs are not the responsibility of 22 System.

Where is my order shipped from? Will there be taxes and duties?
All orders are shipped from the 22 System warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. Domestic taxes will be applicable and will be based on where the order is shipped.
22 System ships worldwide.
FedEx will be in contact directly to clear your order through customs. Shipping charges will apply for reshipments due to failed delivery.
How much is shipping?
Standard free shipping applies to: Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
For locations outside of these countries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Carrier Loss
22 System will not be liable for loss in shipment or delivery. If a shipment has not been received it must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date.
Where do you ship to?
22 System ships worldwide. At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes or APO/FPO. 22 System is unable to ship to any country for which there are currently sanctions designated by the Government of Canada.
My shipment arrived damaged, what should I do?
Damages caused in transit must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained in order to validate a shipping damage claim.
Uncollected packages
22 System will not be held responsible for uncollected packages nor any associated costs incurred.
How long is my tracking information available for?
Tracking information will be available for 90 days from the date of shipment.
