If you would like to return an item purchased on 22system.com, you have 90 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so.
Terms
- To be eligible for credit, items for return must be in pristine, saleable condition, with wire ends intact.
- All returned parts will be inspected for condition prior to refunds being issued. Any 22 System parts or products returned in a used or unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow up to five business days from the receipt of returned product for processing. An automatic confirmation will be sent once a refund has been issued.
- Return approval must be granted prior to the items being shipped to 22 System/Bocci. Items received without prior return approval will not be granted a credit/refund.
- If the parts for returned were purchased as a part of a kit, the complete kit must be returned.
- Products for return must be received within ten business days from the issuance of the Return Authorization to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, less €20 for the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are not refunded.
