International Orders

For international shipments, all customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

As the taxes and duties vary by country, please check with your customs office for estimated cost.

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Please note that customs requirements, duties, and import regulations are established and administered by the customs authorities of the destination country and are independent of Bocci and 22 System. 22 System has no authority over customs processes and is not responsible for fees, or additional requirements imposed by customs or regulatory agencies.

Orders shipping to the United States

Orders shipping to the United States from Canada are covered under CUSMA (the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement) and will not incur tariffs.

However, all shipments valued at $800 USD or more require importer registration with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) via CBP Form 5106 (Create/Update Importer Identity Form). This form establishes you as the Importer of Record (IOR) and must be on file before your shipment can clear U.S. customs. Registration may also be required at CBP's discretion for lower-value shipments.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption has been eliminated. Previously, shipments valued under $800 USD entered duty-free with minimal customs requirements. All shipments, regardless of value, are now subject to applicable duties, taxes, and formal customs entry requirements.

Please monitor your tracking closely and respond promptly to any correspondence from FedEx or U.S. Customs — delays in providing required information or documentationcan hold your shipment and extend your delivery timeline.

Orders shipping to the European Union

Orders shipping to the European Union are covered under CETA (the Canada–EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement), which may reduce or eliminate applicable import duties on your shipment.

Please note that VAT (Value Added Tax) is applicable on all EU imports and will be required at the time of customs clearance. The rate varies by country and will be calculated based on the declared value of your shipment.

EU import registration requirements may also apply depending on your country of destination. Your local customs authority or FedEx may reach out directly to request additional documentation or registration information. Please monitor your tracking closely and respond to any correspondence promptly. Delays in providing required information or payment can hold your shipment and extend your delivery timeline.

We recommend confirming any specific duty, VAT, or registration requirements with your local customs office or broker in advance.

Please note that customs clearance time is separate from and in addition to the transit time for a shipment.

22 System will not be liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Any shipments delayed due to customs are not the responsibility of 22 System.

To avoid any delays, we recommend monitoring your tracking closely and responding promptly to any correspondence from FedEx or your local customs office. They may request documentation or payment of fees, duties, and/or taxes to release your shipment.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for the following circumstances:

1. Customer declines to pay duties, taxes or fees associated with the importation of their orders and the order is returned.
2. Customer declines to submit information requested by FedEx or their local customs office and the order is returned.
3. Customer inputs an incorrect shipping address and the item is returned.

For items lost or are damaged due to the above two errors by the recipient, no refunds will apply.

While we strive to provide accurate information regarding customs, duties, and taxes, regulations and charges can change frequently. We recommend that customers verify the latest information with their local customs office.
